Meet Our Passionate Team Members
Ainil is an Associate at Old Georgian Ventures and is passionate about all things investing, entrepreneurship, big data, automation, and operations improvement. She was previously a lead deployment strategist at Palantir and an analyst at Boston Consulting Group. She graduated with a bachelor's degree in mechanical and aerospace engineering from Princeton University, with minors in robotics/intelligent systems and entrepreneurship.
Marc is an Analyst at Old Georgian Ventures. Marc has previously completed internships at a top activist hedge fund and multiple strategy and growth consulting firms. Marc completed his bachelors in industrial engineering at Purdue University and is completing his masters in management science and engineering at at Columbia University.
Aalyan is an intern at Old Georgian Ventures. Aalyan assists with sourcing, evaluating and executing investments. Aalyan co-founded Credit Verse, a personal finance education platform, from his college dormitory and has shown tremendous promise in brand building and affiliate marketing. Aalyan is in his final year of study at the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.
Sien is an advisor at Old Georgian Ventures. Sien has spent her career assessing areas of organizational risk, establishing contingency plans and managing crisis communications at leading consulting firms and financial institutions. Sien has a triple masters in Crisis & Security Management, Decision Support & Risk Analysis and Information & Cyber Security from Leiden University, Stockholm University and Skövde University.
Jahanzeb is a Partner at Old Georgian Ventures. Prior to founding OGV, Jahanzeb has held investment and advisory roles at various global asset managers, family offices and investment banks across private equity, real estate and credit strategies. Jahanzeb earned his Bachelors in Accounting and Finance between the University of Warwick (UK) and the University of Georgia (USA).
Justin is an Associate at Old Georgian Ventures. Prior to OGV, Justin spent several years as a long/short hedge fund analyst and in turnaround & restructuring, M&A and capital markets advisory roles. Justin earned his Bachelors in Economics and International Finance at Tufts University.
Shahzad is a Partner at Old Georgian Ventures. Shahzad has spent 13 years investing in general and specialist capacities on behalf of various private equity firms. Shahzad earned his Bachelors in Accounting and Finance between the University of Warwick (UK) and University of Georgia (US).
